The Cowboys charter was scheduled to leave for Cincinnati at 1:30 p.m. The police notified the club shortly before departure that Brown’s mother had been contacted.



The Cowboys had lost one of their own, and another sat in jail on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter.



Receivers coach Jimmy Robinson made a call from the hotel lobby a little before 7 p.m. while many of the players took part in a chapel service.

“You feel so badly for the people and the families involved,” Robinson said. “It’s almost hard to put into words how hard it is, how tragic.”



Never before have the Cowboys tragically lost a teammate at the hands of another within 48 hours of kickoff.



“I am devastated and filled with grief, filled with grief for the loss of my close friend and teammate, Jerry Brown,’’ Brent said. “I am also grief-stricken for his family, friends and all who were blessed enough to have known him. I will live with this horrific and tragic loss every day for the rest of my life. My prayers are with his family, our teammates and his friends at this time.”



In an ironic twist, Pro Bowl offensive tackle Erick Williams had been injured in a single-car accident before the Cowboys traveled to Cincinnati to face the Bengals 18 years ago. While Williams’ injuries were significant, no one else was in the car when he crashed into a guardrail. That also crash took place six days before the game.



“We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown,” Jerry Jones said in a statement issued before the team landed in Cincinnati for Sunday afternoon’s game. “At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him.”



Club officials were informed at 9:15 a.m. that Brent had been involved in an accident. He was being held while Brown, the passenger Brent had desperately tried to pull from the burning car, was dead.



CINCINNATI — One of the most painful messages in the franchise’s long history was delivered in the sterile, cramped environment of the team’s charter Saturday afternoon.



Garrett asked that everyone other than players, coaches and football staff step off the plane. While reporters, broadcasters and airline employees stood on the tarmac, Garrett delivered the news that the Cowboys had lost one of their own. Brown was dead, and Brent, who had been supposed to start against the Bengals, was in an Irving jail.



One who did was backup linebacker Alex Albright. He said Garrett had done a good job of addressing what everyone should remember about Brown while getting across that the season was still on the line and that the team must go forward.



The team’s charter arrived in Ohio around 5 p.m. The mood was somber as the players quietly filed into their downtown hotel around 5:20 p.m. Garrett stared straight ahead as he walked to the elevators.



Jones and head coach Jason Garrett asked everyone to assemble in the team’s Valley Ranch lockerroom at 10:45. The players were told that Brent and Brown had abeen involved in a significant automobile accident. The two assured the players that more information would be shared as soon as possible.



The quandary: Irving police had not yet notified Brown’s next of kin. But the Cowboys had a walk-through scheduled before their departure for Cincinnati and could not ignore Brent’s and Brown’s absence.







Linebacker Jerry Brown Jr., a recent addition to the team’s practice squad, was dead. His close friend and roommate, nose tackle Josh Brent, had been at the wheel.



A day unlike any other in club history began early Saturday morning when Brent, returning from a nightclub where he and Brown reportedly had partied with other teammates, clipped a curb with his Mercedes, which hurtled roughly 900 feet and came to rest upside down in the middle of the road.























This was far different from the typical arrival. No one was talking. No pictures were allowed. Fans were sequestered one floor above where the players entered the hotel.



Now, Josh Brent’s future with the Cowboys is in doubt.



The players and coaches headed into meetings at 7:30 p.m. for their final preparation going into Sunday’s game with the Bengals. The few who did mingle in the lobby later in the evening mostly declined to talk.



And one of his best friends is dead.



Brent had been scheduled to make his sixth start of the season for the injured Jay Ratliff. The young nose tackle has blossomed in his third season. Brent ranks second among the team’s defensive linemen with 35 tackles. He has 1.5 sacks and forced a fumble that cornerback Morris Claiborne returned for a touchdown in last week’s win over Philadelphia.



Peter Schaffer represents Brent. Late Saturday evening, he issued this statement on behalf of his client:



“We’re just trying to handle it the best we can.”



“He’s really matured as a player,” Garrett said earlier in the week. “He’s been a spot player for us in the past, a handful of snaps here and there in each of the ballgames, but because Ratliff has been out for a large part of the season, he’s played a lot more. He’s matured a lot.



Other players expressed their thoughts on Twitter. Safety Barry Church asked that everyone keep Brown and Brent in their prayers. Linebacker Bruce Carter said, “Life is way too short … sad day.”



“That can happen with players. The suffered through injuries and a lack of experience through the first half of the season before turning it around with the home game against Kansas City following the bye. Despite their numbers in 2010, the Broncos should field a solid offensive line this upcoming season.



The lineup with the most experience in the NFL and time together would go like this (from left tackle to right tackle): Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, JD Walton, Chris Kuper and Ryan Harris.







Denver ranked 17th in scoring offense in 2010 despite have such a prolific passing attack. Part of the problems were a result of an inability to run the football effectively. If Denver is going to average over 4.0 yards per carry, over 120 rushing yards per game and score more than 10 touchdowns by running backs, they will need a healthy and talented offensive line.



Closing Statement



According to my Offensive Line rating, Denver ranked 25th (t) in the NFL with a score of 70.8. To put that in perspective, the (1) had a rating of 114.1 and almost half (15 teams) of the NFL had a rating over 80.



In many ways, Denver's struggles last year were so obvious it hurt watching them at times. The coaches have game tape of all offensive lineman with NFL experience and they have a good understanding of what Franklin brings as a rookie guard and tackle. I fully expect them to make the best decision when it comes to the offensive line allignment.







The Stats



As is the case with most of these issues, a viable solution will arise once the CBA is signed and free-agency begins. If Harris becomes too pricy, then Denver will be forced to make a business decision for the long-term. However, if Denver can keep Harris, Franklin would make a huge impact at guard and the running game will definitely improve.



With the injuries to Clady and Harris and the addition of three rookies (Beadles, Walton, Daniels) to the offensive line, it was very simple why the Broncos struggled to run the football.

- I’m holding firm on my stance that the Cardinals will not take Gabbert at #5. I’ve been saying it since February, and i’m not changing that belief. Larry Fitzgerald means just as much to that team off the field, in terms of marketing and PR, as he does off the field, and he’s made it very clear that he doesn’t want to wait around for a rookie QB to develop. Regardless, Redskins fans need to keep a keen eye on the news & developments coming out of Buffalo & San Francisco, because what they do in their picks will really dictate who the Redskins end up with at #10



However, the 49ers could always “blackmail” the Redskins into thinking they’ll take Gabbert, fully knowing that Washington has been barking up numerous trees to move up into the top 10 to take him. The 49ers could easily trade back to #10 and realistically still get Quinn or Amukamara; both could actually still be on the board.



- So that brings us San Francisco. Assuming Gabbert is still on the board, there’s really one of three directions they could go in: taking the best cornerback available (Patrick Peterson of LSU will likely be gone, so that would be Prince Amukamara of Nebraska), the best pass rusher available (likely Robert Quinn of UNC), or Gabbert. From the 49ers sources I follow, the team seems to be favoring drafting a defensive player more than Gabbert.



- Rumor has it that Buffalo has four guys atop their draft board: Cam Newton, Blaine Gabbert, Von Miller, and Marcel Dareus. Newton is going #1, and one of those remaining three guys (likely Dareus, but maybe Miller) will also be gone when Buffalo is up. If Denver shocks everyone and takes Von Miller at #2 – I don’t see that happening, personally – I can see Buffalo could pass on Dareus and take Gabbert. Bills GM Buddy Nix has been pretty open about his desire to draft a top-flight quarterback and give the Bills the “face of the franchise” it’s been lacking for well over a decade.

Continuing my assumption that Missouri quarterback Blaine Gabbert sits atop the Redskins wishlist of guys whom they have a realistic shot of acquiring, as news begins to develop & unfold today, it becomes more clear that two teams really hold the keys to how the top 10 of the draft will proceed:



What would it cost to execute such a move? According to the , it would cost about 200 “points,” roughly the value of a mid-grade 3rd round pick. Now, as we’ve discussed before, the Redskins don’t have picks in the 3rd or 4th round this year. So what if the Redskins sent their first and second round picks to San Francisco, in exchange for San Francisco’s 1st and 3rd round pick? Or if the Redskins swapped picks with the 49ers, and agreed to send a 2nd round pick next year to San Francisco? Trading up to #7, instead of up to #5 with Arizona or #2 with Denver, seems to be a lot more palatable of a cost to pay.

一：2007年8月3日关于广东东莞横沥镇月塘村土地征用补偿费案例座谈会，是汪海洋去找农民组织的，让农民集资，在北京开了一个所谓的土地研讨会，不知汪海洋分了多少钱？



二：2008年9月27日关于河南省汝州市临汝镇坡池村村治一案的学术研讨会，是汪海洋去找村主任张永周组织的，不知汪海洋父子要了多少钱，更不知汪海洋父子分了钱之后这样搪塞一下村民良心可安？



三：2009-10月30日，汪海洋以维权为名，骗取湖南省洞口县270户村民8万元，在吃了喝了拿了旅游一番之后，到现在没了下 文。



四：山东临沂地区300余名被错误下放的教师的权益需要维护，汪海洋前去找老教师谈判，然后由几名老教师代表，于2010年6月12日在北京参加了所谓的学术会，开后就没了下文！

汪海洋在网上承认所有费用由老教师集资的。网友们让其列个明细表，但汪海洋一直不敢列。

在很多情况下，汪海洋在对当事人吃过喝过拿过之后，说无权可维。如果给无权可维的人维权是不是诈骗、行骗？维权人明知无权可维，又不尽告知义务，反而引导当事人、并继续受其委托、收受费用，其行为为欺诈、诈骗、行骗行为。

汪沛是河南开封市人，1983年生，其父亲汪海洋，64岁，籍贯山东，现住开封市。此人在80年代因犯罪被公安局劳教过，数年前因报假警被开封市公安局开发区分局拘留。汪海洋对被拘留一次告了5年，后来公安局赔了其5百元。但汪海洋却到处宣传是公安局错误拘留，并大肆宣传自己维权成功。汪海洋儿子的女朋友的朋友有一个亲戚是河南法制报的，为汪海洋策划了一个方案：找一些有律师代理快赢的案子，让汪海洋以免费维权的名义也介入，这样等官司打赢了，就说成是汪海洋的成绩。至于没成功的案子就不提了。

开封有个60多岁的汪 海 洋，曾因诈骗和猥亵妇女被劳改。出狱后，自称是神人下凡，到处给人家的官司免费代理，然后等人家经过不断的努力官司胜诉了（人家请的有律师），，就大张旗鼓的宣传自己代理赢了，然后跑到报社向记者讲自己维权的"艰辛"。记者报道后，汪 海 洋立即以此大肆行骗，小至一盒烟，不管大钱小钱都要，但由于没有采访权、没有调查权、没有官司（刑事）代理权，不会写答辩，维权不下去，收了人家东西办不成事，于是被骗者不断揭发，汪 海 洋恼羞成怒，只好破口大骂。并且对大河网上有些名气的网友也骂，想以此成名，以为大家让他一骂就不再上这个网了，他就是英雄了，多么可蠢可耻可悲啊。拿了当事人的材料再到另一方去告密要赏，两头吃，真他妈不是人。



汪 海 洋在金水法院被大河网友掀耳光；到省法院被门卫训斥；下农村采访被村民把车都给砸了（害得被邀请的记者也根着担惊害怕），被大河女网友起诉到金水区柳林法院。前后揭发其行骗的有近百人。



汪 海 洋在本省进行的所谓的"维权"还到处挨打，就这水平如果到外省弄不好连尸首都找不着。而本省的只有大河网这个阵地了，可就连这个阵地因为自己的行骗也被大河网给封了，只好让其政法学校毕业无所事事的儿子，运用所学知识，使用高科技软件（可以自由变换ip地址），天天在这里发帖，尽管被封了2000多个马甲，可仍"坚持不懈"。由于行骗不断被人揭发，汪 海 洋生活没了着落。汪 海 洋经过其政法毕业的儿子（无业）策划，以被封ip为由起诉大河网，其实输赢对汪来讲无所谓，他要的是这个效果：看看，大河网我都敢起诉，我多有本事！结果呢当然是败诉。并且在郑州金水法院被大河网友掀耳光后又被110带走！！！



后来又想出捐款500元圈套，想骗大家往其提供的帐户上捐款，结果被网友们立即识破。就这种在监狱里学的下三烂水平还拿出来面向社会行骗，真让人恶心。



现在的汪 海 洋干什么？就是天天与无业儿子在家汗流浃背目呲尽裂骂人，希望能骂走所有有能力的人，好混口饭吃。但这种愿望不但渺小，而且是根本不可能的！！！



估计汪 海 洋最挣钱的一次就是骗取周口市魏德钊同志（原周口市印章厂厂长）的东西了：三枚金印章、一本价值连城的古书。

尊敬的各位网友，网上不断出现诬告本人的帖子（其实是劳改犯汪海洋），先是编造本人冒充新华社人员，后来竟又捏造本人被公安机关传唤，现在竟又编造出本人在商城县骗农民钱，为了搞臭侠客，看来个别人连人格都不要了。

只需一点就戳穿谎言：假如真有那回事，小人早就如获珍宝兔子般窜到公安机关报案去了。

侠客不愿为这种事占大河的空间，耽误网友的时间，侠客根本没有在此与人对骂。关键有人在此将"时间、王一川、一叶方舟、我是保罗我是谁"等网友说成是侠客，后来事实又证明不是。唉，就这种无头苍蝇乱撞的水平，还去办什么大案，真真的那个让人笑死。

可能个别网友心里纳闷，侠客为何不对这种现象采取点措施，侠客回答：嫌沾脏了手！

侠客以后不为类似这种事再发任何澄清的说明。

汪沛是河南开封市人，1983年生，其父亲汪海洋，64岁，籍贯山东，现住开封市。此人在80年代因犯罪被公安局劳教过，数年前因报假警被开封市公安局开发区分局拘留。汪海洋对被拘留一次告了5年，后来公安局赔了其5百元。但汪海洋却到处宣传是公安局错误拘留，并大肆宣传自己维权成功。汪海洋儿子的女朋友的朋友有一个亲戚是河南法制报的，为汪海洋策划了一个方案：找一些有律师代理快赢的案子，让汪海洋以免费维权的名义也介入，这样等官司打赢了，就说成是汪海洋的成绩。至于没成功的案子就不提了。

开封市公安局开发区分局局长候锁柱同志曾在河南电视台采访时，一直坚持认为公安局的拘留没错。
就这样在报道了几次后，汪海洋就拿着报道过自己的报纸以维权为名到处行骗，但凡是被维权过的人都揭发其行骗，汪海洋对揭发他的人大肆辱骂并人身攻击，揭发他的有上百人，他骂的也有上百人。您在百度力输入《汪还洋公民维权网》就知道了。
汪海洋辱骂别人的方式是：在网上骂别人父女通奸、母子通奸，说别人是骗子等，很多网友保留了证据。
汪海洋不识字，不懂法律，年老体弱，在上述的一些活动中，需要文字上的东西时，就由其儿子汪佩书写，骂人的语言真是不堪入耳。可能贵校领导认为我们所言不真，那么很好验证：让汪海洋当场书写一份东西，他根本写不出来！就连电脑打字也不会！您可能会说，即使汪海洋不会写东西，但也没证据能证明是其儿子写的啊。那么我们也想在此问一下领导：学法律的儿子不看搞维权的父亲的网站，不知道这现实吗？要知道，汪佩一家人没有正当职业，汪佩本人的所有学费都是由其父亲的所谓维权骗来的钱完成的。当汪海洋因辱骂女人张艳琴被起诉时，汪本人怕败诉后没脸维权了，竟哭着说，一家人的生活费还要靠其维权来养活呢，这说明了什么？
