가장 큰 내 인생의 전환점은 호주행 비행기에 내 젊음을 실어 보내었던 1998년 9월이었다.
그때 당시의 나는, 영어도 잘하고 싶었고, 외국에 나가 일해보고 싶은 열정으로 하루 하루를 보내고 있었다. IMF로 나라 전체가 쓰러질듯 어려웠던 시기에 우습게도 나의 아버지 세대가 중동에 나가 외화벌이를 했던 것처럼, 나라를 위해 외화벌이라도 해와야한다고 생각하는 엉뚱한 젊은이였다.
캐나다 취업, 미국 취업비자를 알아보고, 이상한 해외취업 세미나까지 찾아다니면서 방향을 모색하였지만, 영어로 말 한마디 제대로 못하면서 외국에 취업까지 한다는 것은 어린 치기에 불과했다. 내가 할 수 있는 게 없다는 것을 깨달을 때쯤, 나는 호주 워킹홀리데이라는 것을 알게 되었다. 비자를 받기 위한 조건이 나에게 까다롭지 않았고, 1년 동안 어학연수, 여행, 일까지 할 수 있다는 점이 영어실력도 없고, 자금상황도 좋지 않던 나에게는 매우 매력적인 프로그램이었다.
워킹홀리데이는 호주,뉴질랜드,캐나다,일본등과 협약하에 만18세~30세 젊은이들이 상대방 나라에서 1년간 자유롭게 체류하면서 언어, 문화, 여행 그리고 합법적으로 일까지 할 수 있는 비자 프로그램이다. 어학연수와 같은 학생비자는 등록된 학교 수업을 받는 동안에만 체류할 수 있고, 1년 어학연수를 받으려면 거의 1년치 학비를 송금해야하다보니, 상대적으로 많은 비용이 들 수 밖에 없다. 하지만, 워킹홀리데이는 1년 동안 자유롭게 체류할 수 있기 때문에, 굳이 어학연수 기간이 필요 없다면, 학교등록은 하지 않아도 된다. 호주는 다양한 국가와 워킹홀리데이 협약을 맺고 있어서 영국이나 유럽에서 워킹홀리데이로 온 친구들도 많이 만나게 된다.
1년간 체류는 보장하지만, 약간의 제약 사항이 있다. 6개월 이상 동일한 곳에서 일을 할 수가 없고, 어학연수 이외의 정규코스는 수업을 들을 수 없다. 또한, 어학연수를 하더라도 영어에 있어 자유롭지 못하기 때문에 대부분의 워홀들이 호주 현지인 보다는 한인업주 밑에서 일하게 되는데, 턱없이 차이나는 급여에서부터 시작해서 잔업까지 한인업주는 여러모로 타지생활하는 워홀에게 힘든 존재이다.
지금은 비자 준비가 좀 간단해진거 같지만, 워킹홀리데이 비자서류를 준비하면서 그때 나는 모든 영문서를 내 힘으로 하나씩 준비해 갔다. 이 정도도 스스로하지 못한다면, 당장 호주에 가서 생활한다는 것 자체가 무의미 하다고 생각했다. 대개의 증명서는 영문서로 발급받아 별 다른 어려움은 없었지만, 여행 계획서와 이력서를 만들기가 쉽지 않았다. 한국을 떠나기 전의 영어 실력은 전공관련해서 독해만 좀 하는 수준 이었지, 말을 해본적도, 영작을 해본적도 없었기 때문이다. 한마디로 귀머거리, 벙어리 수준의 영어로 무모한 첫 비행을 하게 되었다.
난 아직도 잊을 수 없는 기억 중 하나가 김포공항에서 가족과 헤어지던 순간이다. 아버지, 어머니, 동생의 배웅
울적해진 마음을 가라앉히고, 굳은 결심을 하였다.

두근거리며 두려움 반, 기대 반으로 기다리는 동안, 어느 덧 탑승이 시작되었다. 탑승게이트를 지나 비행기가 있는 곳까지 걸어가는 짧은 복도에서 긴장감은 극에 달했다. 잘하자는 생각과 비행기에서 사용하는 회화를 머릿속에 떠올리고 긴장..긴장...
나를 호주로 데려갈 첫 비행기는 일본항공 JAL 이었다.
경비를 아끼려고 일본 경유 비행기를 선택하였는데, 나중에 이것이 영어 한마디 제대로 못하는 나에게 문제가 되었다.

Why complain about Smith's coverage when he's taken off the line of scrimmage, or the lack of game changing interceptions from Jones and Clemons.

Arrested on June 30 in his hometown of Lakeland, Fla., McClellan's first-degree misdemeanor battery case and a second-degree misdemeanor simple assault with threat or intent to do violence have been dropped, McClellan's agent, Glen Lansky, told The Baltimore Sun.
McClellan allegedly took the woman's cell phone away and shrugged her off when she reached for the phone. The woman alleged that McClellan threw a lamp at her, which missed her and hit a picture frame.
The woman said she then attempted to call police and alleged that McClellan grabbed her by the waist and caused her to fall to the ground before then grabbing her by the ankle. The woman said she attempted to kick McClellan, but wasn't sure if she connected.
Lansky had previously predicted that the case would be resolved favorably.
The woman told police that she had been dating McClellan for two years and that they live together in Baltimore during football season and in Lakeland during the summer. McClellan told police that the woman threw his computer at him and broke the picture frame, but the officer said that no computer was found at the scene.

Polk County (Fla.) records confirmed the case was nolle prossed as the state of Florida declined to pursue the charges following an investigation.
The woman's 11-year-old daughter, whom McClellan allegedly said looked "like a lizard" during the argument with her mother after she insulted the linebacker's late mother, was present at the time of the incident and told police she saw McClellan throw a lamp at her mother and push a Bible against her forehead.
Ravens outside linebacker Albert McClellan is no longer facing an accusation of domestic violence.
The NFL player told police that the argument stemmed from the woman alleging that he had been talking to a former girlfriend on his cell phone.
The responding officer said items were scattered around the hotel room with one lamp lying on the side of the floor next to a broken picture frame.
The alleged victim, a former girlfriend of McClellan's, hadfiled a waiver not to prosecute, according to McClellan's criminal defense attorney, David Kaylor of Lakeland, Fla.
"The alleged victim has already filed a request not to prosecute, and we are confident that when all the facts are brought to light Albert's good, clean name will be restored," Lansky said. "Albert has always shown himself to be honest and forthcoming and we truly believe that any and all allegations will be disposed of favorably for Albert."
McClellan told police when a derogatory comment was made about his late mother that he grabbed the Bible and pushed it against her head before leaving the room.
The alleged victim acknowledged that she made a negative comment about McClellan's deceased mother, which angered him.
"We are very pleased to announce that all charges against Albert McClellan have been nolle prossed by the state of Florida and there will be no further action," Lansky said. "Albert is very excited to have all this behind him and that the judicial system ran its course. He can now continue to focus on football and contribute to Ravens' victories."
McClellan was arrested for battery and assault. According to the police report, he "unlawfully pushed the victim against her will and threw a lamp at her causing her to be in fear for her physical safety."
According to the incident report, police responded to a domestic disturbance complaint at the Comfort Inn where the alleged victim complained of chest and head pain and said she was breathing heavily because she was scared. However, she refused medical attention, emergency assistance or the use of an emergency shelter.
The Ravens were made aware of the case after being informed over the summer by McClellan and his representative.

Adding to the problem is the loss of cornerback Aqib Talib, who has two games remaining on his four-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances.

4.汪海洋所谓的维权方式是：让集体反映情况的当事人集资数万元，然后派个代表，由汪海洋约上几个人在北京召开个所谓的学术研讨会之类，拍个照就算完事了，也不当啥用。这不是骗人吗？很多农民听汪海洋自称是中国的法律专家，他一参加这个会事就解决了。可等农民花了几万元钱，实际上没一点作用，这不是骗人吗？
一：2007年8月3日关于广东东莞横沥镇月塘村土地征用补偿费案例座谈会，是汪海洋去找农民组织的，让农民集资，在北京开了一个所谓的土地研讨会，不知汪海洋分了多少钱？
二：2008年9月27日关于河南省汝州市临汝镇坡池村村治一案的学术研讨会，是汪海洋去找村主任张永周组织的，不知汪海洋父子要了多少钱，更不知汪海洋父子分了钱之后这样搪塞一下村民良心可安？
三：2009-10月30日，汪海洋以维权为名，骗取湖南省洞口县270户村民8万元，在吃了喝了拿了旅游一番之后，到现在没了下 文。
四：山东临沂地区300余名被错误下放的教师的权益需要维护，汪海洋前去找老教师谈判，然后由几名老教师代表，于2010年6月12日在北京参加了所谓的学术会，开后就没了下文！

假记者汪海洋、汪沛冒充维权者行骗在刑法上如何定性
最近，大河网焦点网谈上经常看到关于汪海洋与儿子如何行骗的贴子，让人震撼。2009年07月22日四川新闻网-成都商报又刊登了关于汪海洋嫉妒程军锋的新闻，并且记者采访了程军锋本人，程证实了此事。周口市一位名叫"周口现代"的网友曾发帖称被开封汪海洋以维权为名骗走3枚金印章及偷走一本古书。 并发表了名为"骗子汪 海 洋还认识我吗？"的文章，对汪海洋的行骗经过进行了阐述，汪海 洋当时是以大河网维权办公室记者的身份去的，后来证实是冒充。再加上由于汪海洋行骗太多，大河网对其名字封杀。你现在打汪海 洋3个敏感字看，是否被屏蔽（必须间隔否则发不出）。笔者拜读后认为汪 海 洋真的是一个货真价实的骗子，但在与一位网讨论时，汪 海 洋的行为在刑法上到底如何定性时意见不一，有网友认为汪 海 洋的行为构成招摇撞骗罪，笔者在此讨论一下。
我国刑法第二百七十九条规定，冒充国家机关工作人员招摇撞骗的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利；情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。 冒充人民警察招摇撞骗的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。看汪 海洋的行为是否构成招摇撞骗罪，必须看他所冒充的主体是否是国家机关工作人员。近年冒充维权进行招摇撞骗的事件频繁发生，但对于冒充新闻记者行骗的行为在刑法上该如何定性却意见不一。冒充记者进行招摇撞骗行为概括起来有以下几个特点：
所冒充的记者往往是级别比较高的新闻媒体，如新华、中青社等，关键骗子你受骗者要解决什么样的问题，之所以出现这种状况，是因为骗子往往认为级别越高、影响越大的新闻媒体的记者能在更大程度上为自己带来便利，更能取信取受害当事人，然而，受害当事人往往信赖这些高级骗子，因为很多当事人认为像一些小报的记者也解决不了根本问题。但是在刑法上如何进行定性，主要取决于新闻记者是否属于国家机关工作人员，跟骗子所冒充的新闻单位级别没有关系。笔者认为：经过多年的体制改革，目前我国的新闻组织已经从国家机关中脱离出来，甚至开始成为企业性质的组织。近几年纷纷成立的报业集团、出版集团等，就说明了这种状况。由此，记者也就失去了国家机关工作人员的身份。因此，假冒记者的行为不可能构成招摇撞骗罪。
但是，并不意味着骗子能够逃脱刑法的制裁。冒充新闻记者进行招摇撞骗的可以构成诈骗罪。我国刑法第二百六十六条规定诈骗公私财物，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金；数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；数额特别巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。本法另有规定的，依照规定。根据该条规定，诈骗罪是指：以不法所有为目的，使用虚构事实或者隐瞒真相的方法，骗取额额较大的公私财物的行为。基本的构造为：行为人以不法所有为目的实施欺诈行为对方产生错误认识对方基于错误认识处分财产行为人取得财产被害人受到财产上的损害。根据受害反映情况如果属实，汪海洋的行为应认为诈骗罪比较合适。

最后，受害同志应当借助国家力量来打击冒充记者进行招摇撞骗的刑事犯，尽快向公安机关举报，争取将犯罪分子早日绳至以法，避免更多的人上当受骗。

一：2007年8月3日关于广东东莞横沥镇月塘村土地征用补偿费案例座谈会，是汪海洋去找农民组织的，让农民集资，在北京开了一个所谓的土地研讨会，不知汪海洋分了多少钱？
二：2008年9月27日关于河南省汝州市临汝镇坡池村村治一案的学术研讨会，是汪海洋去找村主任张永周组织的，不知汪海洋父子要了多少钱，更不知汪海洋父子分了钱之后这样搪塞一下村民良心可安？
三：2009-10月30日，汪海洋以维权为名，骗取湖南省洞口县270户村民8万元，在吃了喝了拿了旅游一番之后，到现在没了下 文。
四：山东临沂地区300余名被错误下放的教师的权益需要维护，汪海洋前去找老教师谈判，然后由几名老教师代表，于2010年6月12日在北京参加了所谓的学术会，开后就没了下文！

开封市公安局开发区分局局长候锁柱同志曾在河南电视台采访时，一直坚持认为公安局的拘留没错。
就这样在报道了几次后，汪海洋就拿着报道过自己的报纸以维权为名到处行骗，但凡是被维权过的人都揭发其行骗，汪海洋对揭发他的人大肆辱骂并人身攻击，揭发他的有上百人，他骂的也有上百人。您在百度力输入《汪还洋公民维权网》就知道了。
汪海洋辱骂别人的方式是：在网上骂别人父女通奸、母子通奸，说别人是骗子等，很多网友保留了证据。

2008年9月27日关于河南省汝州市临汝镇坡池村村治一案的学术研讨会，村民拿了6万，不知胡星斗先生分了多少钱。更不知胡星斗先生分了钱之后这样搪塞一下村民良心可安？
数月前，由汪海洋这个牵皮条的又给胡星斗先生拉了一笔生意。山东临沂地区300余名被错误下放的教师的权益需要维护，汪海洋共收取了10万元，然后由几名老教师代表，于2010年6月12日在北京参加了所谓的著名学者胡星斗先生主讲的学术会，然后又没了下文！！！

汪 海 洋在本省进行的所谓的"维权"还到处挨打，就这水平如果到外省弄不好连尸首都找不着。而本省的只有大河网这个阵地了，可就连这个阵地因为自己的行骗也被大河网给封了，只好让其政法学校毕业无所事事的儿子，运用所学知识，使用高科技软件（可以自由变换ip地址），天天在这里发帖，尽管被封了2000多个马甲，可仍"坚持不懈"。由于行骗不断被人揭发，汪 海 洋生活没了着落。汪 海 洋经过其政法毕业的儿子（无业）策划，以被封ip为由起诉大河网，其实输赢对汪来讲无所谓，他要的是这个效果：看看，大河网我都敢起诉，我多有本事！结果呢当然是败诉。并且在郑州金水法院被大河网友掀耳光后又被110带走！！！
后来又想出捐款500元圈套，想骗大家往其提供的帐户上捐款，结果被网友们立即识破。就这种在监狱里学的下三烂水平还拿出来面向社会行骗，真让人恶心。
现在的汪 海 洋干什么？就是天天与无业儿子在家汗流浃背目呲尽裂骂人，希望能骂走所有有能力的人，好混口饭吃。但这种愿望不但渺小，而且是根本不可能的！！！
估计汪 海 洋最挣钱的一次就是骗取周口市魏德钊同志（原周口市印章厂厂长）的东西了：三枚金印章、一本价值连城的古书。

尊敬的各位网友，网上不断出现诬告本人的帖子（其实是劳改犯汪海洋），先是编造本人冒充新华社人员，后来竟又捏造本人被公安机关传唤，现在竟又编造出本人在商城县骗农民钱，为了搞臭侠客，看来个别人连人格都不要了。
只需一点就戳穿谎言：假如真有那回事，小人早就如获珍宝兔子般窜到公安机关报案去了。
侠客不愿为这种事占大河的空间，耽误网友的时间，侠客根本没有在此与人对骂。关键有人在此将"时间、王一川、一叶方舟、我是保罗我是谁"等网友说成是侠客，后来事实又证明不是。唉，就这种无头苍蝇乱撞的水平，还去办什么大案，真真的那个让人笑死。
可能个别网友心里纳闷，侠客为何不对这种现象采取点措施，侠客回答：嫌沾脏了手！
侠客以后不为类似这种事再发任何澄清的说明。
